Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to to rehab single family home in St Louis Mo.
My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because the property purchased will be rehabbed and and completed at 55% after repair value. I have 3 other properties at positive cash flow as well as a secure career in the medical field. My goal is to assist others to obtain affordable housing. Business based on win/win principles.
