Purpose of loan is to purchase trailer to haul tractor. My son recently puchased 80 acres in oklahoma and need trailer to haul my equipment between my place and his. Thanks

Car Repair

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used for car repairs. Brakes and New Tires.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I already have $554 in a savings account, so I will have no trouble paying back the loan quickly. So the loan will help me repair my car without having to touch my savings.

I am also a homeowner. I have had some financial challenges in the past. Any recent delinquencies showing on my current Credit Report are old accounts that keep getting resold to other companies and every time that happens it shows as a new delinquency which is really misleading. So this loan will also allow me to bring my credit score up!

Monthly net income: $ 2500

Monthly expenses: $
Housing: $ 600
Insurance: $ 200
Car expenses: $ 380
Utilities: $ 25 ( I only pay electric )
Phone, cable, internet: $ 100
Credit cards and other loans: $ 0
Other expenses: $ 400
Total $1705
Money Left Over $795

I will pay back the loan within 4 to 6 months

Funding for Software Project

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to fund a software development project that will provide residual income to my company. I am a software engineer / solution architect / system administrator that has a Microsoft Certified technology consulting company that provides custom software and computer / network management services to businesses. I have recently won a contract that requires me to complete a specialized suite of software products. Once completed, this suite along with existing software and computer / network management service contracts will provide residual income and financial stability to my company. The funding obtained by this loan will give me the ability to complete this project.

My financial situation:
With the completion of this software development project, I will be able to fulfill my contract and provide additional specialized services to businesses and increase my residual income.

Monthly Net Income: $6,500.00

Investment property improvement

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to to rehab single family home in St Louis Mo.
My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because the property purchased will be rehabbed and and completed at 55% after repair value. I have 3 other properties at positive cash flow as well as a secure career in the medical field. My goal is to assist others to obtain affordable housing. Business based on win/win principles.

Catch up on Mortgage

The purpose of this loan is to catch up the mortgage and bring all of the household bills to a current status so we are no longer behind. My husband lost his job at the end of November and did not find another one until the end of December. By the time he started receiving a paycheck again everything was behind. I am trying to avoid having our first home foreclosed on and keep us current on utilities. Everyone knows that once you are behind or in the hole it is impossible to catch up without an influx of money. This loan would allow us to catch up everything and and allow us to return to the budget we were on before he lost my job. I tried this site because we could not qualify for a loan through our bank and there is not enough equity to use our home as collateral. Prosper is really my last hope!!!!!!!!! Could someone please take a chance on us and help us out?!?

Monthly net income: $ 5800

Monthly expenses: $ 5163
Housing: $ 3500
Insurance: $ 198
Car expenses: $ 565
Utilities: $ 300
Phone, cable, internet: $200

Need Capital For Business

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to pay for the next 4 months of expenses for my commodities trading company which I started in November. The money will be used for advertising, to pay for quoting and charting services, proprietary trading software maintainence, and client aquisition costs.
My financial and business situation:
I have traded commodities full time for the last 4 years and equities for the 6 years prior to trading commodities. I developed a proprietary trading system for commodities recently that has shown tremendous results and I currently trade for a group of investors, from my previous position as a commodities broker. I currently receive $6,000/month in base revenue from existing clients and an incentive fee based on previous month's net profit. In December net profit was $42,000, of which I receive a percentage. I currently have $300/month positive cash flow just from the base revenue, this does not include the incentive portion, to help pay back the loan from Prosper. The incentive portion is hard to predict but current goals are in line with December's results.
My forecast for the next 12 months is to double base revenue from clients and after 6 months to be generating enough revenue from the base and incentive fees to pay for all expenses and actually be able to start saving money towards retirement and our children's college funds. I would also like to try Prosper from the other side, helping those who need to achieve something while getting a pretty nice ROI. We own our own home and take all of our obligations very seriously. We just need to get over the hump and take this business to the next level, my clients and myself believe that the sky's the limit with what we have developed.

There is an error on the credit report concerning a deliquent account. This was from our mortgage company who did an ACH from a closed bank account they still had on file, I had updated the information on their website. I have contacted them on this matter. Again, no deliquent accounts, EVER!!

Thank You for considering us for a Prosper loan.

Paying off business credit card

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to pay off my business credit card. I run this company part-time and it takes longer to recoup my costs. I recently purchased additional equipment to expand the businesses current offerings but the revenue from this purchase will not be realized for another nine to twelve months. I'm tired of paying high credit card interest rates and will use the Prosper loan to consolidate my credit card debt with a lower interest rate.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because Prosper rates me at an "AA". I have a proven track record of paying off my debts on time. I have been employed by the same company for over nine years and have been running Photaza.com for over four years. I'm a person of integrity, whom you can trust.

Genesis

Purpose of loan:
I NEED THIS LOAN BECAUSE I AM TRYING TO CONSOLIDATE HIGH RATE LOANS AND CREDIT CARDS THAT I WOULD LOVE TO GET RID OF!

KEEPING IT SIMPLE, HERE IS WHAT I WANT TO CONSOLIDATE:
$8500 AMERICAN GENERAL $280 PER MONTH
$3500 PERSONAL LOAN $278 PER MONTH
$2000 HOUSEHOLD BANK $140 PER MONTH

I DO OWN A HOME THAT I PURCHASED 2 YEARS AGO, BUT UNFORTUNATELY SINCE THE HOUSING MARKET HAS DECLINED, I DO NOT HAVE EQUITY IN THE HOME TO DO A HOME REFINANCE. FORTUNATLELY, I DO EARN ENOUGH TO PAY MY MORTGAGE (I HAVE A FIXED RATE) AND PAY MY BILLS. ALONG WITH A MONTHLY SAVING FROM HAVING THIS PROSPER LOAN, THE LOAN WOULD HELP TOWARD IMPROVING MY CREDIT RATING AS I PAY OFF THE HIGH DEBT AND SAVE ME THOUSANDS IN INTEREST CHARGES! THE AMERICAN GENERAL BILL WOULD TAKE ME 10 YEARS TO PAY OFF INSTEAD OF 3 WITH THIS LOAN! ONLY ABOUT $20 GOES TOWARD THE PRINCIPLE EACH MONTH FOR THE HOUSEHOLD BANK CARD . IT WOULD BE GREAT TO SAVE 7 YEARS OF INTEREST CHARGES ON THESE BILLS!

My financial situation:
THIS IS MY SECOND PROSPER LOAN. I WAS ABLE TO CONSOLIDATE SOME BILLS WITH MY FIRST LOAN BUT MADE THE HUGE MISTAKE OF CLOSING THOSE ACCOUNTS. I HAVE NOW LEARNED THAT KEEPING THOSE ACCOUNTS OPEN WITH A GOOD HISTORY AND SHOWING AVAILABLE CREDIT WOULD HAVE IMPROVED MY CREDIT RATING. UNFORTUNATLELY, WITH THE CLOSED ACCOUNTS AND THE 1ST PROSPER LOAN SHOWING AS A NEW ACCOUNT, MY CREDIT SCORE HAS DECLINED. LESSON LEARNED.
THE MAIN REASON FOR MY CURRENT HIGH DEBT IS FROM IMPROVEMENTS MADE TO MY HOME (BEFORE THE HOUSING CRUNCH) AS WELL AS HELPING WITH MY FATHER'S MEDICAL BILL LAST YEAR.
I AM A RELIABLE PERSON WHO HAS NEVER MISSED ON PAYING A DEBT. I HAVE A GOOD CAREER AND HAVE WORKED FOR MY CURRENT EMPLOYER FOR THE PAST 18 YEARS.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE, I LOVE THE WATER AND SAILING. THE MONEY I WILL SAVE OVER THE NEXT FEW YEARS WILL CONTINUE TO BE USED TOWARDS MY DREAM OF OWNING MY OWN BOAT ONE DAY.

Consolidating High Interest Credit Cards

Purpose of loan:
I will be using this loan to pay off 3 of my high interest credit cards, lower my monthly payments, and get out of debt for good. The rates of the 3 cards are: Houshold Bank: 29.9%, Orchard Bank: 16.4% (pending increase), Chase: 29.9%.

These 3 cards used to be about 10% but after years of never having a late payment, Chase decided to up my rate. Without knowing of the rate increase, an automatic payment did not cover the new minimum payment, thus becoming a delinquent payment. My other credit cards increased their rates due to this which resulted in the 2 other delinquencies due to the same situation.

My financial situation:
I have been working as an I.T. admin for over 10 years at a major University. I am currently in transition to a new position working for the federal government, which will result in increased pay (I am not taking this into consideration for income at the time of taking this loan, or as a means to pay back the loan, this is purely informational in that my finances will improve making paying back this loan much eaiser).

The public record was a bankrupcy I declared 10 years ago (the record will be deleted in September) because I loaned money to a friend, and was never paid back.

The revolving credit balance is high because in the last year, I have invested a lot in personal development, education, and getting everything back on track and moving towards my financial goals and freedom.

Pay off Medical Bills

Purpose of loan:
To combine Medical bills into one low payment

My financial situation:
I believe that I am a great candidate for this loan because I have never had any delinquent accounts. My credit score has been hurt by a ton of Medical expenses. I do have health insurance but with a high deductible to meet. I tried to arrange payments with them, but they all want 6 months payment plans that will require me to pay over 500.00 for the combined medical bills. I believe that many of you have experienced what I'm going through and realize how hard it is to get ahead when situations like these arise. So please help me I promise to honor my debt, you have my word please.

Getting ready for 2008, please read

Purpose of loan: Getting ready for another year. This is my 5th year in business and should be the best ever.

My financial situation: This is my last try to get a Prosper Loan. This loan would start me out in great shape for the coming year because I can save money buying supplies for my lawn spraying business and also in advertising. I compete against the big companies like True-Green and Fairway. I am just a small independent company but I am doing great against the big boys. Please give me a chance. Paying back this loan would be no problem at all. My state (Arkansas) has a cap on the interest rate so I can not offer a better rate of lenders. Not my fault. Thanks for your consideration.
